DON’T operates as a made-to-order concept brand, with products produced through trusted partners to reduce waste and maintain consistent quality.

Because items are made to order and may come from different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.

 


1. Production Times

T-Shirts

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • All garments are printed and shipped from within Australia.

Art Prints & Framed Prints

  • Production time: 2–5 business days

  • Printed at the closest facility to your delivery address for faster shipping.

 


2. Shipping Times

Shipping estimates vary by location and carrier.
Typical delivery windows:

Australia

  • T-shirts: 2–8 business days after production

  • Prints: 2–7 business days after production

International

  • T-shirts: shipped from Australia; typically 7–21+ business days

  • Prints: fulfilled in-region when possible; typically 5–15 business days

Shipping couriers may experience delays during peak periods.

 


3. Split Shipments

If your order includes both a T-shirt and an art print, they may:

  • ship from different facilities

  • arrive at different times

  • have separate tracking numbers

This is normal for print-on-demand orders.

 


4. Tracking

Once your order is produced and shipped, you will receive:

  • a shipping confirmation email

  • a tracking link (where available)

Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and carrier.

 


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • product type

  • order weight

  • destination

  • supplier shipping rates

We do not add additional handling fees.

 


6. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs or import fees may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not control or estimate these fees.

 


7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking activity:

  • your order number

  • tracking information

  • any supporting details

We will help liaise with our supplier to resolve the issue.

 


8. Incorrect Addresses

We cannot refund or replace packages that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — address updates are only possible before production begins.
