DON’T operates as a made-to-order concept brand, with products produced through trusted partners to reduce waste and maintain consistent quality.

Because items are made to order and may come from different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.

 



Fulfilment & Delivery Timeframes

All timeframes below include both production and shipping, giving you a clearer idea of when to expect your order.

Australia (Domestic)

  • T-Shirts:
    5–13 business days total

  • Art Prints & Framed Prints:
    5–12 business days total

Orders are printed and shipped within Australia where possible.

International

  • T-Shirts (Shipped from Australia):
    10–26 business days total

  • Art Prints & Framed Prints (fulfilled in-region when possible):
    7–20 business days total

International orders may take longer depending on destination, customs processing, and local couriers.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to external delays.

 



Split Shipments

If your order includes more than one product type (e.g. a T-shirt and a print):

  • Items may ship from different facilities

  • You may receive multiple parcels

  • Each shipment may have its own tracking number

This is normal for made-to-order fulfilment.

 


 

Tracking

Once each item in your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking link (where available)

Tracking availability can vary by carrier and destination.

 


 

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all Australian orders

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • destination

    • product type

    • supplier rates (OGO or Gelato)

We do not add any additional handling or packing fees.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • DON’T does not control or estimate these fees

 



Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows unusual tracking activity:

  • your order number

  • tracking information

  • any supporting details

We will help liaise with our supplier to resolve the issue.

 



Incorrect Addresses

We cannot refund or replace packages that fail to deliver due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.


If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — address updates are only possible before production begins.
