Returns & Refunds Policy

At DON’T, all products — including T-shirts, art prints, framed prints, and personalised designs — are produced on demand specifically for your order. This helps us minimise waste and maintain consistent quality. Because of this made-for-you model, we follow the policy below.

 


1. Change of Mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preferring a different colour/design after purchasing

  • Personal preference after receiving the item

This applies to all T-shirts, art prints, framed prints, and personalised items.

Please review all size guides and product details carefully before placing an order.

 


2. Personalised / Custom Items

All personalised and custom designs are final sale.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 


3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

 


4. Print & Colour Variations

Due to the nature of digital printing and different screen displays:

  • Minor variations in print placement

  • Slight colour differences

  • Small tolerance differences between garment sizes

are considered normal and not classified as faults unless significantly outside production standards.

 


5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders where an incorrect address was entered at checkout.

If you need to update an address, please contact us immediately — changes are only possible before production begins.

 


6. Cancellations

All items are made to order.
Cancellations are available only within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, production will have begun and cancellation is no longer possible.
